You may request a return or exchange if all of the following conditions are met:
The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
The item is free from stains, odours, damage, or alterations
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Items damaged due to improper care or misuse

Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Avanti Emperior is not responsible for lost or delayed returns
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes inspection.
If you would like to exchange an item (for a different size or colour):
Exchanges are subject to stock availability
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
